Hi Nora, thanks for your saying I was a good TP! I tried anyway. It’s a difficult one this, because I miss working with “my” groups too; but at the same time have to think about my career development. This one-year secondment came up and it was a good opportunity for me; and it will give me more skills which will help me be more effective when the secondment comes to an end. As you can see, I’m still taking an interest from a distance in what’s going on, and look forward to seeing the web site (and other stuff) develop. From an employer point of view, I think good employers should try and nurture their staff, and I appreciated being given the opportunity here. I think Carol was in this role for several years which isn’t bad going, and I do expect to come back. If people stay in the same post forever I think they can get stale. You should be having your new TPO start soon, and they’ll bring something fresh to the role too. I hope all goes well over the next year and will be watching to see what develops! All the best, Kate

   Just been told a couple of weeks ago that we are loosing yet another TPO to another department,   how come when ever we get a good TPO and they get right into there job we are left again having to wait for another new person to take over, and then again we have to tell them  all our different history and issues, am I the only Tennant that is getting fed up with this isssue.   Nora
